Professional guides

The Monastery of Santa Catalina works with a team of independent professional guides with deep expertise in colonial history, viceregal architecture and conventual life. Their company turns a visit into a personal, layered experience.

Guided tours last about an hour and cover the most representative spaces: the inner streets, the cloisters, the pinacoteca and the rooms where the nuns lived their daily life.

Guides are hired directly by visitors at the entrance of the monastery. Each one sets their own rate based on language, duration and group size.
